Dear LP Families,

As we approach the end of the year, we want to take a moment to wish you and your loved ones a joyful holiday season filled with warmth, peace, and happiness. Thank you for your continued support—it has truly been a wonderful few months of the school year!

This will be our final newsletter of 2025, and we’re excited to wrap up the year with something fun. To celebrate the season and keep spirits bright, we’ll be hosting a Winter Spirit Week from December 15–19. Each day will have a special theme to help us countdown to winter break!

Here’s what’s coming up:

Monday: Winter Wonderland! Wear something white or blue.

Tuesday: Flannel and Fleece Day! Dress in your coziest flannel or fleece.

Wednesday: Sweater Weather! Show off your best sweater of the season.

Thursday: Character Day! Dress as a winter movie character (think Frozen, Elf, etc.).

Friday: Cozy Pajama Day! Wear your warmest PJs.

These passages are designed to reflect the reading expectations for each grade, giving you a clear picture of what your child is working on in school.
