Dear LP Families,
We have two wonderful upcoming events that I’m thrilled to share with you—both celebrations of creativity, connection, and our amazing school community.
🌟 Drama Club Presents: Hatshepsut
Our talented Drama Club students under the direction of Mrs. Miller and Mrs. Roney have been working incredibly hard, and we are thrilled to present this year’s production: Hatshepsut!
The play follows the remarkable journey of Hatshepsut, one of ancient Egypt’s most fascinating and pioneering female leaders. Audiences will watch her rise from a curious young princess to a powerful pharaoh who reshapes her kingdom with courage, intelligence, and vision. The story blends history, humor, music, and heartfelt moments as Hatshepsut overcomes obstacles, defies expectations, and inspires those around her to lead with strength and creativity.
Students have poured their hearts into the acting, staging, costumes, and behind‑the‑scenes work. We cannot wait for our families to experience their hard work come to life on stage.
The show takes place Friday, February 6th at 6:30pm in the Eastridge Auditorium. We hope to see you in the audience cheering on our young performers!
