Now that we are about to enter the month of June, we need to give a little extra attention to our 5th graders who will soon be leaving us as big middle schoolers! The time always goes so fast...
In that spirit, I've included a 'Save the Date' Flyer below. Please make sure you mark your calendars. The LP PTA and 5th grade teachers are working closely to make the 5th grade picnic a blast for our students. 📢But we need your help!📢 Please use the attached link to sign up to volunteer your time or to provide food to our hungry 5th graders! Thank you for your continued support!
Also, a sheet will be coming home soon with more information about our Moving Up ceremony. We are going to use our cafeteria as we now have air conditioning in that space! The only downside is that we will be limited to the number of family members that can attend the actual ceremony. Please plan on no more than three family members.
Finally, a reminder to all of our families to turn in your Sea Breeze permission forms and ticket money as soon as possible. Thank you to all of our family members that have agreed to be chaperones! This trip is so much more fun with you.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend,
Dr. Bello
