It was another fun week at IG! One of the highlights, of course, was our Fun Run Fundraiser. It was great to see so many of you in the building. Thank you to our PTA for organizing this AND thank you to Mr. Klossner and Miss Kane for their school spirit and effort!
Next week is another exciting week with more field trips and end-of-year theme days. Enjoy your long weekend as we celebrate Memorial Day. Thank you to our brave men and women who gave their lives in the name of our country.

EICSD Summer Camp Opportunities
Dates: July 21- 24 & July 28-31
Time: 8:30 - 11:30 am
Location: 1st-2nd, 3rd, 4th - 5th grade sessions at Helendale Primary School
Jumpstart Camp offers an opportunity for our students to strengthen their skills and extend their learning to get ready for the new school year. We will personalize their instruction, so students get just what they need. Students will participate in hands on integrated learning activities to set them up for success in the future!

Our Kinder Camp offers our newest students an opportunity to get a first look at going to school, being independent, and socializing with peers and teachers. Your child will be able to bridge their home and school environments with fun activities and loving support from educators. Our goal is to provide an atmosphere where your little one feels comfortable to explore school, communicate with others, and try some new things!

Location: Students entering grades 2-5 at Helendale Primary School
Summer STEM Camp will provide students with a unique opportunity to explore science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) concepts in a fun, engaging, and collaborative environment. Each day, students will participate in team building activities and projects, by creating LEGO® themed masterpieces. Students of all LEGO® building abilities welcome! By participating in this camp, we hope to inspire students to be the next generation of innovators, problem-solvers, and creators, empowering them to make a positive impact on their communities and the world.

Our Fun Run was a great success, as of 11am we had raised $1680 for our PTA. Special thanks to our amazing PE teachers, Mr. Klossner and Miss Kane, for hosting during PE classes again this year.
