Dear Ivan Green Families:

Tonight is our big Lego night. We are expecting over 100 people, and that makes us all very excited. We hope you have fun with your friends and teachers!

The highlight of this week was our kindergarten concerts, pictured below. It is a big deal for our littlest students to stand in front of their loved ones and sing, many of them for the first time. They were GREAT! Thank you to those of you who came and to Mrs. Barnes for putting together such a nice program.

We look forward to next week - a five day week to get us back in the groove. The mid-week breaks are hard on our students, as they disrupt the routine. Also, next week is LUNCH WITH LANCERS! We hope to see so many of you in the cafeteria with your little Lancers! Enjoy the weekend.

In March, we will be doing a book swap for the whole school. We are looking for gently used children’s books for the students at Ivan Green. These could include picture books, board books, early readers, and early chapter books. Please have your student bring in your donations or please drop them off at school. Thank you!!!

Back by popular demand, our first Lunch with Lancers returns for the first week of February (February 3-7). We invite all IG's loved ones to come in and have lunch with their littlest Lancers. You do not have to RSVP or sign up. Just show up during your Lancer's scheduled lunch time. Call our main office with any questions.
