Dear Ivan Green Families:

Today was a busy day at school with so many celebrations! We celebrated Global Day of Play, the 100th day of school, and Valentine's Day all on the same day! I think our students have earned the week off next week!

We wish you a wonderful break from school - hopefully filled with some quiet moments and some fun. We would love to have our students read each day, too.

Thank you to our PTA for another wonderful event this week - the Family BINGO Night was a huge hit! We loved witnessing all the fun!

One last thing for today... We have created a special video (with a story) to invite you all to donate books to our upcoming schoolwide book swap to celebrate Read Across America Week. The book swap at IG will be March 6. Enjoy the video by clicking here.

In March, we will be doing a book swap for the whole school. We are looking for gently used children’s books for the students at Ivan Green. These could include picture books, board books, early readers, and early chapter books. Please have your student bring in your donations or please drop them off at school. Thank you!!!
